Selling

A good agent is your guarantee of a good sale.

We're ready to help you through a demanding process — and we quality-check every legal aspect of the sale. In short: we sell your home as if it were our own.

Eight steps from inspection to money in your account

  1. 1

    Step 1 / 8

    Inspection

We go through the property thoroughly and write a detailed inspection report. It forms the basis for accurate sales material — and you get a complete overview of all selling costs.

  2. 2

    Step 2 / 8

    Preparation

We collect the public documents on the property and the area. You complete the seller's declaration and decide on seller's insurance.

  3. 3

    Step 3 / 8

    Prospectus & photos

A professional photographer — and a drone when the bird's-eye view says more. The prospectus is quality-checked in-house and approved by you before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Step 4 / 8

    Marketing

A listing on FINN, and the prospectus is sent automatically to buyers we know are looking for exactly your type of home.

  5. 5

    Step 5 / 8

    Viewing

We guide you in getting the home ready so visitors get the best possible first impression. This is where the best price is built.

  6. 6

    Step 6 / 8

    Bidding

We keep you informed throughout, follow up every bidder and clarify conditions before you accept. Acceptance letters go out to both sides straight away.

  7. 7

    Step 7 / 8

    Contract

We draft the purchase contract and walk through it with all attachments at the contract meeting — settlement, cleaning, meter readings and everything around handover.

  8. 8

    Step 8 / 8

    Handover & settlement

We pay off loans, delete charges, register the deed and transfer the balance to you. The sale is done.

Your duty of disclosure — your best friend

As a seller you have an extensive duty of disclosure. That's good for the buyer, but also for you: anything you have disclosed cannot be complained about later. Our agents have a trained eye for what makes your property stand out.

5 years

seller's liability

Many sellers don't know they are liable for defects for up to 5 years after the sale. Almost one in five buyers complains — damp and rot top the list, but also floor-area discrepancies and construction faults. With seller's insurance, the insurer handles the claim for you. We use Söderberg & Partners.
